Bratkovskiy M. Management of civil consent in a region

Object of research is the process of making civil concord in the region. The goal of the research is the working out of theoretical items, practical recommendations on improvement of state governing of civil concord of the region. The methods of research is the systematic approach for general theoretic understanding of objective historical processes of emergence and development of civil peace concord, comparative analysis (to characterize the political parties and religious organizations of different confessions activity), statistic methods for analysis of social economic situation in the region. The practical meaning of the obtained results is the implementation of the further working out of an adaptive model of governing civil concord in the region, recommendations on its usage by the regional authorities while working out managerial strategy of tactics. The scientific novelty of the research is proved by the following results: the essence and rules of making civil concord, its connection with civilsociety is substantiated. In accordance with the above the objective preconditions and subjective conditions of the civil concord are determined, the functional links of concord and conflict are determined as well. The theory of the civil concord as an object of regional management got its further development; the level of the social economic political concord is the region is determined; the regional practice of maintenance of civil concord is generalized; the theoretical model of management (social adequate management) as the basis of development of practical activities aimed at civil concord achievement has been used for the first the first time; the conceptual model of governing of civil concord in the region is suggested, its structural components are determined, the methodological recommendations concerning its use are worked out. The results of the thesis research, the conclusions and the concrete proposals were partially used by the state administration of the Donetsk region while working out the managerial strategy and tactics. They are used in the syllabus in teaching management, psychology, conflictology in the Donetsk State Academy of Management. The state authorities on different levels can use the results of research.
