Object of research - processes of information maintenance of regional management. A subject of research - theoretical and methodical bases of organization of information processes in system of regional management. Methods of research - supervision, comparison, generalization, abstraction, formalization, analysis and synthesis, method of economic-mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty of the received results - development scientific-methodical of rules and practical recommendations about perfection of information maintenance of regional management in modern conditions on the basis of formation of information-analytical systems covering basic elements of structures of management in region. It is opened in the following new scientific results of research: revealing of the basic principles of formation of structure and structure of information-analytical systems of regional management; the substantiation of necessity of creation and functioning of regional information structures ensuring connection between the information and its consumers; determination about development of the distributed database "the Passport of region"; the substantiation of necessity and development of the offers on creation of system social-political of monitoring; to development of the methodical and instructive documents ensuring processes of preparation and acceptance of the complex decisions, which base on modern information-computer technologies. The practical significance of the received results consists that the application of offered development opens ways of creation of regional control systems adequate to modern requests, that, in turn, conducts to qualitative perfection of all system of preparation and acceptance of the decisions. The basic results of research are used in practical job of Centre of retraining and improvement of professional skill of the workers of public authorities, bodies of a local information, chiefs of the state enterprises, establishments and organizations Donetsk district state administration, Avdeevka town executive committee of Donetsk district, state enterprise - Donetsk state centre of the scientific and technical, economic information and computer facilities, in teaching a rate "Information systems and technologies in management" in Donetsk state academy of management.
