Object of investigation: the process of elastic scattering of low (less than 2 eV) energy electrons into intervals of the angles which depend on the collision energy. Aim of investigation: development of the gradual theoretical-analytical approach for the resonance features analysis of energetic dependence S(E), which are measures in the experiments from the elastic scattering of slow electrons by atoms into the angles' intervals, which depend on the collision energy. Method of investigation: scattering amplitude partial-wave decay. Scientific novelty of results. Analytical formalism for energetic dependence S(E) was developed together with the analysis of the role of direct, interference, resonance and non-resonance contribution, dynamic and kinematic scattering aspects and was investigated in detail the slow electrons elastic scattering on the atom of Ca. Slow scattering on the angles of the forward and backward hemispheres by atoms Be, Mg, Sr, Ba, Yb was theoretically investigated, than gave the predictable results. Generalization of expressions description of elastic scattering energetic dependence S(E) was developed with consideration of the spin-orbit interaction and for scattering on the targets with the half-filled subshells. Implantation: is being planned. Sphere of application: physical electronic.
