Object - ulcerative-necrotic processes on lower limbs in postthrombophlebitic syndrome. Purpose - improvement of treatment of trophic ulcers in postthrombophlebitic syndrome, improvement of its nearest and distant results. Methods & devices - general clinical, planimetric, bacteriological, cytological, morphological; microscope, pipettes, tonometer, scales, weiths, thermostat. Тheоretical & practical results - firstly one estimated the influence of semipermeable biogenic membranes on healing of trophic ulcers, investigated the dynamics of shifts in trophic ulcers in different methods of conservative treatment, prooved a new method of topical treatment of trophic ulcers that's accompanied with acceleration of healing, decrease of treatment duration. Novelty - a new type of covers for local treatment of trophic ulcers is proposed, influence of semipermeable biogenic membranes on healing of trophic ulcers is investigated, cerebral dura mater is estimated as a cover for trophic ulcers; peculiarities of reparative processes in trophic ulcers in various methods of local treatment are studied.
