Object of investigation: inguinal hernias. The purpose: development of a new method of preperetoneal plasty of posterior wall of inguinal canal for the improvement of marest and remote results of treatment of patients with different anatomic forms of primary inguinal hernias. Methods of investigation and equipment: anatomic, morphometric, clinical, spermogramms, investigation of copulative cycle, electric puncture diagnostics by Voll. Theoretical and practical results: a method of hernioplasty is proposed excluding rude topographicanatomic shifts in inguinal area, is differed by universalness and reability in aspect of distant result. Proposed surgical tactics in elder patients widens indications for operations in these group, decreases dangers of postoperation complications. Novelty: a new method of inguinal hernias treatment excluding traumas of spermatic cord and testis is developed. Absence of influence of proposed operation on mans sexual function in proved.
