Object - acute cholesystitis; aim - to improve treatment results of patients with acute cholecystics; methods - common clinical, biochemical, instrumental, immunologic, laser-correlation spectrography, statistic; novelty - integrated investigation is carried on for the first time; change of immune responce index, subfractional composition of blood serum and biochemical homeostasis in traditional and laparoscopic cholecystectomy (depending on the duration of the latter); result - it was proved that laparoscopic cholecystectomy has less marked and less prolonged negative impact on the condition of homeostasis in comparison with the traditional one. However, in extension of duration of operation positive effect is smoothed over; introduced - in surgical in-patient departments; field - medicine.
