Object of the study: patients with uncomplicated duodenal ulcer associated with H. Pylori. Purpose of the study: To develop differentiated approach to the use of anti-helicobacter therapy with the account of its efficacy and influence on the composition of the intestinal microflora in the patients with uncomplicated duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori. Methods of the investigation: fibrogastroduodenoscopy, determining Helicobacter pylori with microbiological, histological, biochemical, cytological and serological techniques, feces study for dysbacteriosis, intragastric pH-metry. Theoretical and practical results: The necessity to study the microbe composition of the large intestine before administration of anti-helicobacter therapy in patients with duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori who complain of meteorism and defecation disturbances was substantiated. It was determined that slight and moderate disturbances in the microbiocenosis of the large intestine in duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori could be eliminated with standard anti-helicobacter therapy and its alternative variants. Novelty: Prevalence of moderate disturbances in the microbe composition of the large intestine in patients with uncomplicated duodenal ulcer before anti-helicobacter therapy was revealed. It was determined that slight and moderate disturbances in the microbiocenosis of the large intestine in patients with uncomplicated duodenal ulcer restored to eubiosis due to standard anti-helicobacter therapy and its alternative variants. It was revealed that if eubiosis was present before anti-helicobacter therapy, it was present after its completion. For the first time the necessity to include combinations of amoxicillin and furasolidone or claritromycin when klebsiella or proteus are present in the large intestine before the treatment was shown, which allowed to achieve a high level of eradication and elimination of klebsiella and proteus. Degree of introduction: The results of the work were introduced in the work of gastroenterology and therapy departments of Kharkiv Regional Hospital for Students, City Clinical Hospital No. 2 (Kharkiv), City Hospital No. 2 (Ternopil), Central District Hospital (Merefa), Institute of Therapy, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine (Kharkiv).
