Кalugina L. Clinico-Pathogenetic Substantation of Preventing Pregnancy and Labor Complications Based on Differentiated Correction of Disorders of the Thyroid Status

The dissertation deals with a study of individual links of pathogenesis of a reproductive system disorder caused by iodine deficiency, a decrease of the rate of pregnancy and parturition complications by means of updating early detection and a differentiated correction of the thyroid status. It has been established that a decrease of the level of free thyroxin in the blood plasma and the initiation of a correlation with thyrotropin result in the loss of control over the level of hormones of the placental complex on the part of the thyroid gland, the latter contributing to a decreas e of the progesterone-estrogen index and elevates the risk of preterm delivery. A group prophylaxis has been proposed by the vitamin mineral complex which in comparison with antistrumin is conducive to the preservation of gravidas body mass, a decrease of the development of anomies, gestoses of the second half of pregnancy, the frequency of surgical interventions, asphyxia of the medium degree of severity.
