Essay

The morphology, cytochemical indexes and function parameters, membrane's lipids and ATPases activity of bone marrow megakaryocytes and blood platelet attached to myelodysplastic syndromes were investigated. It was found the increase of number basophilic megakaryocytes and simultaneous reliable decrease in the quantity of polychromatophilic megakaryocytes. Decreasing in number of glikogen, non-specific asterase in megakaryocytes was shown. Changes of megakaryocytes cause the decrease of platelet function. The decrease of Са2+-AТP-ase and increase of Na+,K+-AТP-ase activity couses the decrease of platelet aggregation and apearing of altered megakaryocytes.
