Lukianov D. The state and the political parties (problems of the relations and interaction)

The work is devoted to the theoretical research of the interaction of the state and political parties within the political system of society evolution of scientific ideas as to this interaction, the place of the political parties in the political development of Ukraine. The anther has researched the problems of the legal regulation of the status of political parties, the main legal institutions, which should regulate their activity, namely, the procedure of party membership registration, financing, prohibition etc. The author has paid attention to the participation of parties in the election to the parliament, to the laws governing the interaction of the election system and the party system. The propositions as to the improvement of the legislation in force, which regulates the status of the political parties and their participation in the elections have been made by the author.
