Object of research: process of maintenance and consumption of material resources in organizations of a road facilities. The aim of work: to development of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations for perfection of management of material resources in organizations of a road facilities. Research methods: generally scientific methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, abstracting, analysis etc.; special methods: the economic-mathematical, theory of graphs, theory of probabilities, theory of reliability, theory of accidents and mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: a management system of material resources, substantiation of the size of an emergency stock, definition of object of management as process of maintenance and consumption of material resources, definition of reliability, risks and stability, the methodical approach to a choice of the suppliers, method of accommodation of the orders on delivery of material resources; the practical meaning of the received results consists that their realization allows organizations of a road facilities to adapt the activity on management of material resources for market conditions. A subject and degree of introduction: the development are introduced into work Kharkov oblavtodor, Zaporozhye oblavtodor, P'yatishatskoe HEO, State service of highways of Ukraine (Ukravtodor).
