New foundings: - stady illness of Zhitomir region at first, study - connection with the type of disease and microbial opportunity in a focus of inflamatio bone and immunological status of organism, clinically prove the effect of using of liposomical drugs with antibiotics in patients with acute hasmatogenic osteomyelitis. Results- minimalization of dead, chronization and a namber of ortopedic problems.
