Essay

Methodical principles of evaluation of ecological changes of the geological environment of territories of administrative regions of the Carpathians (on the example of Dolyna region) are based.For the evaluation of ecological changes of the geological environment the method of component analysis - matrix of resultant signs for multitude of point of the geological area was proposed. The author substantiated the main components of ecological observation of geological environment. The method of the geological environment use, directed on development of recreational industry and on the use of the rivers' energy.
