Essay

The thesis is dedicated to formation of regional system of environment monitoring for ensuring unity of measuring bad substances that pollute air and elaboration of harmonized standards for establishing international standards ISO 14000 in Ukraine. System analysis of standards ISO 14000 and they interaction with national standards and legal conditions in Ukraine was carried out. Methods for metrological precise control of air pollution are suggested. Approaches for scientifically grounded placement of posts that control level of air pollution are suggested. Ecological situation of atmospheric air pollution in Lviv region is investigated. Functional scheme of regional monitoring of air environment is worked out. Harmonized standards for air quality control and ecological marking of production are elaborated.
