Literary criticism of the Russian emigration of the 20's-30's of the XX th centure was firstly investigated in connection with its ethics-aesthetics and genre-style parameters. General outline of the culture-historical paradigm of the emigrant literary critics was revealed in the vast material of the numerous literary critical works. The most important and vivid traits of creative style by Merezhkovsky, Gippius, Slonim, Hodasevich was noted. It is outlined the system of axiological orienting to be fixed in it, differs greatly from the those existing in Russia as before the revolution and the same way in the post-october period. Thesis has proved that a lot of values were discriditated and new systems of axiological coordinates were formed the new real conditions. They have found there reflection in the literary critical works of the Russian Emigration Literature of the 20's-30's of the XX th centure.
