Essay

The thesis is devoted to the studying of macromolecular composition of biological substances pathological conditions followed by inccreasing or decreasing of immune reactions activity. In "antigen-antibody" reactions formation of circulating immune comlexes and increasing of immunoglobulins level leads to the increasing of low- and extra-high molecular fractions in LCS spectra. In experimental stidies of primary and secondary immune response due to the antigen injection incresing of extra-high molecular fractions contribution in LCS spectra was due to the increasing of C-reactive protein level, which was followed by the immunoglobulin and soluble immune complexes accumulation. Cutostatic drugs application of experimental peritonitis accumulation of toxic products leads to the increasing of third and forth fractions levels in LCS spectra.
