Kozhakov V. Prediction and diagnosis of the severity of late toxemia of pregnancy and efficiency of the terapy

Subfractional composition of vaginal washing liquid was studied in 111 pregnants with the late toxemia of pregnancy with the help of method of laser correlative spectroscopy. Basing on our work we cleared that immunomodified changes are more often before 36th week of gestation, at women after 30 and in the repeated pregnancy. After 36th week of gestation, in women before 30 and in the first pregnancy toxic-dystrophic process of maternal passage are met more often. In pregnancy accompanied with anemia significant part of dystrophic clasters was registered. Pregnant women with obesity demonstrate toxic-like changes and with inflammation of respiratory allergy-like changes. Pregnant women with late toxemia and pathology of excretory system demonstrate toxic-dystrophic and mixed allergic-toxic changes. When estimating the efficacy of complex therapy of the pregnants pogitive dinamic wos registered with the toxic-dystrophic changes in vaginal washing liquid while in the expressed allergy-like changes the positive dinamic wos not registered.
