Dissertation is devoted to the decision of problems, which are connected to improvement of results of diagnostics and treatment of the sufferers with a cranio-transabdominal trauma on a background of drunkenness. The appreciable epidemiological material of transabdominal damages of combined character depending on a degree of drunkenness: to the signs of age, sex, trauma severity of CNS, mechanisms of a trauma, kinds of a traumatism are presented. The clinical material is founded on study of diagnostics, treatment and observation of 315 sufferers with a combined cranio-transabdominal trauma, among which in 167 ones on a back-ground of drunkenness
