Essay

Studying the effect of cryopreserved human embryonic liver cells (CELC) of different terms of low temprature storage on lipid peroxidation (LPO) and recovery liver potential in the models of liver insufficiency. Storage of CELC for 120 weeks under the temperature of -196°C does not affect the level of cell viability in vitro, as well as their biological activity after transplantation.Transplantation of CELC to rats with liver insufficiency resulted in the activation of recovering processes in liver and in the reduction in LPO intensity.
