The thesis is devoted to the problems of criminal responsibility for plundering, committed in complicity. The historical and law aspect of development of legal norms, which regulate responsibility for committing such kind of crimes are determined. The content of groups and organized forms of complicity established in Criminal Code is examined on the basis of complex investigation of plundering, committed in complicity. The distinction between definitions "group of persons", "group of persons on preliminary agreement", "organized group", "criminal organization" is given. The special attention is paid to the peculiarities of qualification of group crimes. The suggestions concerning the further improvement of the legislation are formulated.
