The thesis is devoted to the solving of actual problems in modern Obstetrics: improving of the pregnancy course and outcome in women with habitual premature pregnancy on the background of autosensibilization to human chorionic gonadotropin by working out therapeutic preventive and rehabilitative measures on the stage of pregnancy planning and during the gestation period. Scientific newness of the studies done is that the prevalence of autoantibodies to human chorionic gonadotropin in pa-tients with habitual premature pregnancy of unclear genesis (26,6 %) was studied, for the first time the immune status values and hemostasis state in non-pregnant women and during the pregnancy were studied. For the first time the evaluation of fetopla-cental complex functional state including hormonal placental function in women with this pathology was done. The serial study done allowed work out and use the scheme of therapeutic preventive and rehabilitative measures. The worked out schemes of clinical laboratory examination and therapeutic preventive measures improved the normalization of the immune status and hemostasis system, fetoplacental complex functions. It gave the possibility to decrease the frequency of pregnancy interruption at 30 %, save pregnancies in 95 % of women and outcomes of pregnancies was a birth of viable fetus.
