3.The subject of survey is the process of foreign direct investment in Ukrainian agriculture and its influence on technical equipping of farmers. The aim of research is analysis of direct foreign investment's process in Ukrainian agriculture and substantiation methods its improvement, also refinement approaches to foreign direct investment effectiveness evaluation. The wide scientific and economic analysis methods were used. The science novelty of thesis consists of researching role of foreign direct investment to technical equipping of agricultural production in Ukraine, the improvement investor's method and the proposing some ways for increasing its effectiveness. The results of the survey were implement in The Department of International Investment Policy and Agribusiness Development of Ministry of Agricultural of Ukraine and The National Joint-Stock Company "Ukragroleasing" and educational process.
