Essay

Object of a research - enzyme sensors. The purpose - to develop a model of a new type of a multienzymatic sensor by use of immobilization enzymes: urease, glucose oxidase, acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase, - for determination of a level of phosphororganic pesticides and heavy metal ions. Methods of study: activity of enzymes; potenciometry. A model of new type of a multienzymatic sensor for the first time is developed and the possibility of carrying out of the complicated analysis is proved at simultaneous passing several different of enzymatic reaction. The obtained result can be used in express - diagnostics and for ecological monitoring. A field of use - research and educational establishments of the medico-biologic profile
