Grytsay O. Treatment and prophylaxis of atopic dermatitis in infants with cleft lip and palate

Object is infants having atopic dermatitis aged from 2 month to 1 year; the aim to increase the effectiveness of treatment of atopic dermatitis in infants with cleft lip and palate; methods are clinical, biochemical, microbiological, statistical; novelty - the infants with clefts are characteristic of having of endogenic intoxication state both in acute and remission stages of dermatitis; the mutual connection has been determined between failure of homeostatic indices and intestinal microbiocenosis; the strong correlation has been found out between intestinal microbiocenosis indices and middle mass molecules in infants with clefts in all stages of disease; results - the method of complex therapy to atopic dermatitis patients with clefts has been worked out and pathogeneticly substantiated; subject and degree of introduction into the practice of dermato-venerological and stomatological dispansers ; the field is medicine
