Essay

The study of piflamin substance and tablets obtained from a grass of a peas sowing was carried out. Piflamin in dosage 150 ?g/kg was proved to have a wide range of pharmacological activity, namely antioxidant, membrane and vasostabilizing, anti-inflammatory, exceeding that of the preparation of comparison - plant hepatoprotector sylibor. Piflamin is "relatively innocuous", has no ulcerogenic activity, increases intestinal peristalsis, does not effect gastric juice secretion and acidity. Piflamin is recommended as a hepatoprotector for pathogenetic treatment of liver affection of toxic aetiology. The preparation is characterized by the wide range of activity and beneficial economic characteristics.
