Ganzenko O. Formation of Personal Legal Culture in the Conditions of Establishing a Legal State in Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of personal legal culture. The essence, notion and place of personal legal culture in the legal system of society are investigated. The factors of the formation of personal legal culture are analysed and the possibilities of their regulation with the help of legal norms are defined. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the literature on the problems of correlation between personal legal culture and legal consciousness a complex of legal attitudes is singled out. It is illustrated that legal attitudes as structural elements of personal legal culture mast be given priority in legal upbringing. Recommendations on more effective forms and ways of upbringing a legally educated person are formulated.
