KhOMENKO I. Surgical treatment of extrahepatic cholic ducts damages

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of optimization of tactics and methods of extra-hepatic cholic ducts damages and their surgical correction depending on term of damage occurrence, its kind, localization, and character of postoperative complications. On the basic of study of results of rehabilitation and reconstractive operations the schemes of surgical tactics at cholic ducts damages are developed and introduced into clinical practice, depending on a kind damages. Also it was proved that the patients with stab extrahepatic cholic ducts need in the same principles as the patients with intraoperative damages. The researches revealed that the reduction of unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment in patients with intraoperative extrahepatic cholic ducts damages and their stab and incised wounds is possible due to transformation of unbalanced frame
