Essay

The research deals with the social and economic problems of forming and utilization of the labor potential of the region. It is analyzed the demographic situation of regional rural areas, the measures concerning its fundamental improvement, the utilization of the rural labor resources, the level of agrarian labor productivity and ensuring the labor resources of the manpower market. The solution of forming the potential of rural labor resources problem could improve standard and mode of life, labor, cultural and health protecting conditions of the rural population in all the regions of Ukraine.
