Bibik Y. Economic aspects of production certification and quality management system in assordance with the ternational standards

The object of study: industrial enterprises activity within the quality management system and production certification in accordance with international standards;the purpose of the paper: theoretical grounding and working out methodical recommendations that are directed to raising the effectiveness of introduction, certification and constant improvement of quality management systems, and also production certification in accordance with international standards; the methods of study and apparatus: theoretical generalizing, methods of positive and normative analysis, systematic approach, comparison, graphical method; the theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of production certification in accordance with international standards, the method of accounting at enterprises the amount of "of the half-received profit" when evaluating losses from defective products, classification of the factors which influence the enterprise expenses for introduction andcertification of quality management systems, and also directions for decreasing these expenses on the basis of carrying out business processes reengineering, the method of differentiated evaluation of manufactured products guarantee maintenance carrying out, the system of state support measures for introduction and certification of quality management system in accordance with ISO standards of series 9000 and also production certification in accordance with international standards, recommendations for the improvement of taking into account the enterprises expenses that are connected with production quality, more accurate definition of the categories "production quality" and "expenses for production quality"; practical importance of the results obtained consists in the fact that their introduction at Ukrainian enterprises will allow with greater success to introduce and improve quality management systems, work out measures for improving the effectiveness of enterprises activity and also with good reasons to take decisions in the respect of expediency of production certification in accordance with international standards; the object and degree of introduction: the projects have been introduced into the work of state enterprise "Kharkiv machine-building plant "FED" and closed joint-stock company "Yuzhkabel"; the area of application: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
