Essay

The purpose of the thesis paper was the adequate estimation of energo-power parameters of metal forming processes with nonmonotone cold plastic deformation, substantiation of the equipment parameters, forecast of mechanical characteristics of production at its delivery to the consumer on the basis analyses of mechanical change characteristics of low carbon steels. For reaching an object in view the following problems are resolved: the computational methods of accumulated deformation are selected, there was investigated regularity of steels hardening at alternating and alternated experimentally loadings, the calculation methods of hardening low carbon steels are developed at the indicated kinds of deformations. In a thesis paper the calculation techniques of the strength changing in properties of the low carbon steels are developed at a molding of welded pipes, alternating and alternated loadings, that has allowed to update calculations energo -power parameters to justify parameters of the equipment and to execute the forecast of mechanical characteristics of production at its delivery to a customer.
