This scientific work is focused on researching the dynamical changes in detoxication system and endogenic intoxication in liver and plasma of different age groups of rats which were provoked into with action of natrium nitrite and tetrachlormethane, based on intoxication activity of natrium nitrite, and their correction by means of sorbent and metallic complex. Using the enterosorbent "Fibrabet" and using the metallic complex of cuprohistidinate or using the combined action both of them in order to counteract the biochemical disorders, will promote some normalization of negative changes in affected organism of 3- and 18-months old animals. The received results are experimental base for both further investigation and possible application of metallic complexes and natural sorbents in cases of toxic action of the xenobiotics on human organism.
