Borovkova S. Optimization of treatment at an early stage of the postoperative period of patients with complicated forms of the diabetic foot syndrome

The dissertation deals with improving the result of treating patients with complicated forms of the diabetic foot syndrome by means of elaborating and introduction of new methods of multimodality treatment at an early stage of the postoperative period with the use of galvanization and interstitial berlithion electrophoresis. For the first time a complex study of the character of local coagulating hemostasis, changes of the thrombocytic-vascular mechanisms of blood sedimentation and the fibrinolytic activity of the blood plasma and also the character of the course of the wound process in patients with complicated forms of the diabetic foot syndrome and the use of galvanization and interstitial berlithion electrophoresis on the lower extremities has been implemented.
