Essay

It have been carried out the clinical examination of patients with acute appendicitis and its complications. Selected the main criterions of prognosis the complications in patients with acute appendicitis: the purulent exudate in abdomen; endotoxicosis and the changes in blood analysis; the increasing ceruloplasmin on 25-30 %, the decreasing transferring on 25-40 %, the increasing of the protein in 14, 19, 21, 25, 27 fraction; the decreasing quantitative Ig G in fractions 23-21. The goal-directed complex postoperative treatment of 57 patients with prognosis criterous have enabled in 97 % to avoid of the complications of acute appendicitis.
