Yanchenko Z. Regional aspects of reforming of agriculture (on the materials of Zhytomyr region)

Object of research - reformed agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region. The purpose of research - study of a problem of regional aspects of reforming from the again created enterprises. Methods of research - monographic, historical, experimental, abstract - logic, calculative and constructive, economical and statistical, correlation, balance. Theoretical and practical results: the concept "the restriction of the agricultural enterprises" is profound and specified; It is offered the mechanism of the providing the citizens, which have suffered from failure on the Chernobyl nuclear power station, with a ground; the expediency of priority creation most efficient of the organizational forms of managing in region is grounded; the optimum sizes of payments of rent for ground are specified; the expediency of creation of enterprise structures with the limited quantity of the founders is grounded; the mechanism of formation in reformed agrarian enterprises the supervisory councils, attraction of producers tothe state purchases. The novelty of the again inculcated - consist in improvement of theoretical and methodical bases of process of reforming of the agricultural enterprises in concrete region and development of the offers of the optimum organizational approaches to creation of the new forms of managing in a village. Degree of introduction - the results of researches during experiment are introduced in the agricultural enterprises of Radomishil district, are recommended and were introduced at reforming agrarian sector of economy of Zhitomir region in a whole.
