Essay

The object: is the professional training in the higher military establishment. The Aim: is to ground and to develop modular rating technology of education for training of specialists in the system of higher military education. Methods: criterion analysis, comparison and generalisation; experiment; mathem. statistics. Results: for the first time there was developed the innovating technology of modular education in the higher military establishment taking: the division of educational material content into basic and elective modules; content modules construction; the development and usage of the system of different-leveled professionally-oriented tasks; orientation toward searching-creative levels independent cognition.
