Golovkin B. Family conflicts in a system of determining assassinations and grave bodily harm

The dissertation is dedicated to a problem of family conflicts in the system of determining assassinations and grave bodily harm. The work gives detailed criminological characteristics of grave violent crimes against individual, the personalities of a criminal and a victim are studied, the structure of family conflict and peculiarities of its escalation are thoroughly analyzed, and the role in determination of assassinations and grave bodily harm is established. Basing on specifics in passing and sharpening of family conflict a complex of measures proposed of generally social, specially criminological and individual prevention of these given types of crimes, and also some recommendations on activization and perfecting the activity of subjects of prevention are given.
