Essay

In the thesis involved the detailed analysis of scientific works on the methods of detection of constant bias in measurement results and their influence over adjustment results is implemented. The total error distribution regularities are studied for the cases when the dominant systematic part varies according to a certain mathematical law. The influence of constant bias upon adjustment results and accuracy rating is studied. Using the method of the highest likelihood it is proved that at adjustment of measurement results by means of the method of variationally weighted approximation the maximization of weighting coefficients is possible. The obtained theoretical theses are approved at the adjustment of various engineering and geodetic networks
