Menyuk O. The forming of the legal culture for a businessman: theoretical and applied aspects.

The thesis is devoted to the legal culture of businessmen in Ukraine as a component of the legal culture of the Ukrainian society. Based upon the regularity in the forming of the individual legal culture (the professional culture, in particular) the author analyses in the light of methodological basis of the total theory of the state and law the modern situation with the legal culture of businessmen and the practice of its forming. The essence of the legal cull ire of the society and personally is cleared up, the author's opinion in the Ukrainian legal mentality in correlation with peculiarities of the legal culture of businessmen is given. The definition and functions of the legal culture of businessmen are formulated for the first lime. The basic ways of the forming of the legal culture of businessmen arc investigated. The suggestions for improvement process of the legal culture of businessmen are developed on the basis of the scientifically grounded principles for definition of its condition and levels of the legal information distribution.
