Essay

In dissertational work presents theoretical substantiation and the new decision of a scientific problem which consists in a new way of organization and virtual connection management. The analysis of existing ways and routing algorithms in computer networks for the purpose of definition of their efficiency for the decision problems of delivery information mobile user's systems. On the basis of the lead analysis of influence of tree structure of delivery messages on process of the following rerouting the tree structure of delivery messages, and also the method of its construction allowing for a mobile network to reduce rerouting time is offered and proved.
