Yarmol L. Human Freedom for Belief Confession: Legal Safeguarding in Ukraine (General Theoretic Research)

Dissertation provides for the monographic system analysis of the philosophic-legal and general theoretic aspects of the human freedom to religious belief recognition and belief confession. The complex characteristics of the corresponding Ukraine's legal system as the normative basis of the legal mechanism of safeguarding for the belief confession is elaborated. Dissertation makes research into the content, kinds and legal means for realization, protection and defense of the single structural elements (possibilities) of the belief confession. Thesis provides concrete recommendations concerning improvement of the legislation of Ukraine on the freedom of belief confession and religious organizations."
