The work has revealed the peculiarities of vegeto-vascular, psychopathological and sexual disorders in woman undergone hysterectomy depending on the type of surgery,age of woman and the duration of period after surgery.The schemes of differential prophylaxis of syndrome of ovarium insufficiency and sundrome of surgi- cal menopause were developed on the base of study of peculiarities of vegetative nervous sys- tem function,analisys of psychopathological state.
