The thesis dedication to production resources the sphere of farming. Economical essence of production resources in the sphere of farming is described in this scientific work, definitions agricultural resource potential, agricultural production potential are purposed, relations and conformities which take place in the system of "production resources - production output" are investigated. Methodical and methodological points of determination economical, expedient and ecological safe limits are grounded in the sphere of application of production resources, principles of formation and determination resources and production potential of the sphere agriculture, measures of optimization of the use of agricultural production resources in macro and micro levels are grunded too.
