Thesis is dedicated to a problems of research the weys for increase of efficiency of complex testing and realization of algorithms for data protection in computer systems and networks. Modification of hash-algorithms are suggested which make it possible to arrange independent parallel calculation of particular hash-signatures with maintaining the irreversibility level. For increasing of stream cipher testing efficiency a nonlinear reproduction models using for estimate of complexity has been proposed. A algorithm is developed for building of nonlinear reproduction model and determining of nonlinear complexity of binary sequences of length n.
