The object - patients with acute coronary syndrome. The aims to substantiate the most effective programm of therapy of acute coronary syndrome. Results. Theoretical significance: the rational using of combination of the more effective drugs has improved results of treatment of acute coronary syndrome during in and outpatient period. Practical significance: There were studied course of acute coronary syndrome, analyzed risk factors and them value. Schemes of medical therapy of acute coronary syndromes are worked out. Their clinical efficacy during in- and outpatient period were studied. Evidence of expediency of the use of low-molecular-weight heparin enoxaparin in the complex with beta-blocker to treatment of acute coronary syndrome. The positive effect continued during one year. All this thesis has been developed by hospitals of Kharkov and Ukraine. The field is cardiological, Infarction departments.
