Essay

The results of the complex treatment of 232 patients with urolithiasis by methods of complex balloon dilatation and ureterolithoextraction and classic ureterolithoextraction. The method of complex balloon dilatation and ureterolithoextraction, its indication and contra-indication was firstly proposed and developed in the thesis. Expediency of this method after ESWL and methods of contact ureter lithotripsy was proved. Methods of complex balloon diagnostic, dilatation and ureterolithoextraction of urate calculus of ureter was developed. Functional state of kidneys and electromyography dynamic of ureter was analysed after the complex treatment was applied. Morphologic overpatching in side of ureter after the balloon dilatation was used (different regimens of high pressure in balloon) was studied. Safety of dilatation was proved. In the cases of available patients with recurrent ureterolithiasis and big calculus the necessity of complex balloon dilatation and ureterolithoextraction argued.
