Kashyrnyy S. Chronic pain syndrome at the patients with diabetic polyneuropathy, evaluation of treatment.

In the dissertation the clinical features and comparative evaluation of treatment of chronic painful syndrome at the patients with diabetic polyneuropathy are considered. The high frequency of prevalence the neuropathic pain syndrome at the diabetic inpatients is shown. The neuropathy is often combined with angiopathy that results in mixed neuroangiopathic pain. The diagnostic criterions of these conditions are developed. The influence of pain results in often a sleep disturbance, anxiety and depression. The comparative analgesic evaluation of metabolic therapy and it a combination with carbamazepine or alpha-lipoic acid has shown advantage last and has allowed developing the differential approach to management of the given condition. The research of Lamotrigine activity has shown sufficient efficiency in dosage 200 mg for the refractory neuropathic pain at the patients with diabetic polyneuropathy.
