Churpiy I. Surgical regional method of suppurative-necrotic processes attached to diabetic angipathy of lower limbs treatment

The dissertation is devoted to vital problem of purulent necrotic processes attached to diabetic angiopathy of lower extremities treatment. 145 patients with diabetic angiopathy of lower extremities, complicated with purulent necrotic processes were examined and the laboratorial and instrumental results of methodical examinations were analyzed, ultrastructural variability under the influence of treatment with usage of erythrocytic containers and without them. It was proved clinically, regional intra-arterial introduction of antibiotic, included in erythrocytic containers previously cause the accumulation it in the site of purulent necrotic focus. Usage of erythrocytic containers with complex treatment of purulent necrotic processes of lower extremities attached to diabetic angiopathy promotes faster wounds cleaning from suppurative mass, granulations appearance and marginal epithelization, shortening the stay in hospital; fields - surgery.
