Essay

The work is devoted to the construction of manifolds of equilibrium states , analysis of phases flows and investigation of stability of vertical and inclined positions of equilibrium of overturned double mathematical pendulum with viscoelastic hinges and elastic support of upper end of pendulum. The evolution of stationary states of pendulum is investigated under varying of essential parameters.
