Laparoscopic surgical treatment of patients suffered from acute necrotic pancreatitis which was made in combination with interferon substance "Laferon" administration was followed by the decreasing of lethality of patients up to 3,8%. At the same time such an index in the group treated only with laparoscopic surgery was 20,0% while in traditionally treated (laparotomy) patients- 32,3%. The number of postoperative complications was substantially reduced which was resulted in the reduction of staying patients at hospital by 39,2%.
