Essay

Thesis is devoted to learning of a state of lipids peroxide oxidation, immune status and role of a syndrome of an endogenous intoxication in a pathogenesis of a microbial eczema, and also development of correctional method of the revealed disturbances. In 168 patients with microbial eczema was installed increase of markers content of an endogenous intoxication - of molecules of average mass in blood serum and reduction of its level in urine. The authentic disturbances are revealed in the system of lipids peroxide oxidation (LPO), that it was expressed in surplus accumulation of primary and after products of LPO at failure of enzymes of antioxidant protection (ceruloplasmin and superoxidedismutase) and reduction of common antioxidant activity of blood. In the immune status of the patients the following authentic changes are revealed: reduction of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + lymphocytes, interrelation of CD4 +/CD8 +, fibronectin; increase of circulating immune complexes, parameter of the HBT-test and level of IgG antibodies to lipopolysaccharide E.coli K 30. The method of treatment of the patients with use of infusion solution Reosorbilacte and antioxidant and immunocorrector Erbisol was designed and applied in practical public health. The assignment of a complex method of treatment of the patients with microbial eczema has allowed to reach a positive clinical effect in 94,1%, in 1,7 times shorten period of treatment, to reduce in 2,8 times quantity of relapses in comparison with traditional therapy.
